  • How will I know when my Chromebook repair is ready?
If you are a York student, you will receive an email from TSI stating your Chromebook has been repaired and is ready for pickup. As your device is being worked on you will receive notifications from our ticketing system but that does not mean it is ready. Please wait for the email from TSI that says it is ready for pickup. If you are a Middle School or Elementary School student, your school Technology Assistant will get notified that the device has been repaired and a member of the District Technology staff will bring the device to your school at their earliest opportunity.
